Fire Hydrant / Construction Water Use Permit

To use a fire hydrant for construction water or other District approved purpose, you'll need a permit from Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District which includes the payment of equipment/hydrant deposits, permit fees, etc. Please allow up to three business days for equipment calibration/testing and permit approval. Once the permit is approved, you will be contacted to schedule hydrant/equipment use training. All persons operating Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District fire hydrants MUST have a valid permit available on-site at all times for inspection/verification and MUST be trained by District staff in the proper operation of our hydrants/equipment.
