The Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District (WWSD) is a Special District, taxpayer owned. WWSD was established in 1964. There are deep water wells, water treatment plants and a wastewater treatment plant, which supply the needs of Woodmoor. We service the Woodmoor community with water and sewer services. The district boundaries are north of Higby road, south of County line road, east of I-25 to just east of Furrow.
Board meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at 1:00 & are open to the public.

RENTAL PROPERTIES: As the owner of a home in the WWSD we wish to make you aware of the rules and regulations governing payment of water and sewer bills should you ever decide to rent your house out to a tenant.
All water and sewer bills follow the property as opposed to the resident. In this respect, if a tenant vacates your property and leaves an outstanding water bill, that bill then becomes the responsibility of the homeowner to pay. It is recommended that homeowners check with the district prior to refunding a security deposit.
METER READING: Meters are read by radio frequency end of the month. Meter reading day may need to be adjusted based on weekends and holidays.
BILLING: Bills are mailed out the 2nd week of the month and are due on receipt and past due on the 30th of each month. Our billing period is from the 1st of the month to the end of the month.
You may mail your payment to P.O. Box 1407, Monument, CO 80132, or for your convenience a drop box is available at the district office located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, CO 80132.
We accept check & cash only. Credit card payments are not accepted at this time.
We do offer auto draft from your checking or savings account. The draft would be taken out on the 20th of each month. You will still receive a monthly bill. Call the office for an application.
The water and sewer rates are listed on the web site or you can call the office.
CONSERVATION: There is a xeriscape demonstration garden at our South Water Treatment Facility on Leggins Way.
