Billing Information
Our billing period is from the first of the month to the end of the month. Bills mailed out on or around the 10th of the month are due upon receipt and are considered past due after the last day of the month.
We currently accept checks, cash, money orders and autodraft payments. Autodraft payments are withdrawn from of your checking or savings account on the 20th of each month, however you will still receive a monthly bill. The amount withdrawn from your account will vary each month based on your water usage. We do not offer budget billing. Fill out an autodraft form and mail it in or bring it by the District office.
You may mail your payment to P.O. Box 1407, Monument, CO 80132, or for your convenience a drop box is available at the district office located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, CO 80132.
