District Policies
The Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District is dedicated to providing its customers with relevant and timely information regarding their services and any issues that may be of concern to the communities the District serves. The District publishes several reports regarding the quality of the water and other documents and facts of interest to their customers. Among these items are Drinking Water Quality Reports including test results, and information on Water and Sewer Locates (see sidebar on the right). |

The District subscribes to the underground locators network (UNCC) that requires 24-hour notice before you dig. In addition to locating main distribution and collection pipelines, the District maintains field verified drawings of water and sewer service connections to the central systems. After the tap fees have been paid and the tap has been completed, a field representative will inspect the installation, take appropriate measurements, and make a drawing that becomes a permanent record. We do not locate service lines. We can provide tap drawings for houses after 1980 and some prior.
