Welcome to the Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District (WWSD), we are a Special District, taxpayer owned. WWSD was established in 1964. There are deep water wells, water treatment plants and a wastewater treatment plant, which supply the needs of Woodmoor. We service the Woodmoor community with water and sewer services. The district boundaries are north of Higby road, south of County line road, east of I-25 to just east of Furrow.

Board meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at 1:00 & are open to the public.

On Dec. 30, 2009, Woodmoor filed in Water Court an application for approval of a plan to move water upstream from the lower Arkansas River to the district service area.
