Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1
Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1 is a Special District that was established to provide the water and sanitary sewer services to the community of Woodmoor, an unincorporated area located in northern El Paso County. Geographically situated on the southern portion of the Palmer Divide near Monument, CO, the District's service boundaries include the area east of I-25 to just east of Furrow Road and south of County Line Road to Higby Road. Water Saving Tip of the Month! 
If your shower can fill a one-gallon bucket in less than 20 seconds, it would be beneficial to replace it with a more efficient shower head. The District is pleased to offer seven kinds of rebates for customers upgrading appliances or adding efficiency enhancers. Read more
Winter tips!
If you are planning on being gone for an extended time this winter, do not completely turn off the heating system in your house. Water in your interior plumbing can freeze and cause pipes to burst leading to extensive damage and costly repairs. Lowering the thermostat to 50 degrees should keep most room temperatures above freezing. During extreme cold conditions and evenings when temperatures are at their lowest, leaving a cabinet door open can allow air movement around the pipes in kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
