The Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District is governed by its Board of Directors consisting of 5 publicly elected Board Members. Elections of the 4-year-term positions are held every 2 years in a staggered sequence of 2 and 3 openings, to ensure that the board will not entirely consist of new members.
The Board meets regularly and is charged with appointing and employing a District Manager. Together they oversee the operations of the District. The District Manager, in turn employs the District Staff (currently consisting of 13 people) to carry out the operations set forth by the Board and the District Manager.
